Not only he overtakes, he (I assume) gets out of blue flags "range" somehow and gets lapped at least half a lap later, 3 or 4 seconds ahead of my driver by then, without losing any pace. My driver slows down, the opponent does not. My driver is defending, the opponent is about half a second behind. My guy is 16th, closing in on 15th, loses about 3 seconds of pace under blue flags, but when 15th gets lapped, gap doesn't go back even close to what it was, and he has to restart the pursuit from scratch.ģ. Blue flags for 16th (my driver) - and he loses so much pace that not only 1st comes through but 17th overtakes as well.Ģ. Blue flags for 17th - he barely slows down but 1st is simply faster and laps him easily. My driver is 16th and the 17th is a second behind. What I'm talking about is instances when the same rules seem to apply differently for my drivers and their opponents. No-no, I get this part of a deal, I know what blue flags are about and how it works IRL.
